我的家乡马鞍山(My Hometown Mount Maanshan)

My hometown is Mount Maanshan. Have you ever been there? Mount Maanshan is very famous for its beautiful scenery,excellent climate and long history.

Mount Maanshan stands on the south bank of the Changjiang River and the east of Anhui Province. It has many nice scenic spots,Thousands of people from other parts of China and foreign countries come here every year,especially in summer.

Summer on Mount Maanshan is very cool. It can be called a huge natural air-conditioner in summer; Winter here is nice,too. Heavy snow falls every year. I want to say that"Mount Maanshan in summer is green like a clear fountain,and in winter is white like a white jade."

I'm sure you will have a wonderful time in my hometown..

我的家乡在马鞍山。你去过那儿吗?马鞍山因美丽的风景、宜人的气候、悠久的历史而闻名于世。

马鞍山位于长江南岸，安徽省东部，有许多著名的风景区,成千上万的来自中国其他地方和外国的游客每年都来这儿，特别是在夏天。

马鞍山的夏天是非常凉爽的，夏季马鞍山被喻为是巨大的天然空调。冬天的.景色也美，每年冬天都会下大雪。我想说：“马鞍山夏天绿如清泉，冬天白如碧玉。”

我的家乡(My Hometown)

In the east of China,there is a small city---Haimen. I was born there. Today,I am telling you about my hometown. Haimen is not far from Shanghai. It’s at the mouth of the Changjiang River.

Haimen is a modern city. There are lots of high buildings in it. Most of us live in flats. We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends. In the center of Haimen,there are many shops. You can buy some nice things here. Things in most shops aren’t expensive. You can pay a little money and they are yours.

My hometown is a beautiful city. On each of the roads,there are some big trees and nice flowers. The roads are also very clean. They make people happy and comfortable. The seasons here are very nice. I like autumn best. It’s neither hot nor cold. A poem says “Flyer of summer come to my window to sing,then fly away. And yellow leaves of autumn,which have no songs,just fall there with a sign.”

It’s very cool.I love Haimen. It’s a nice place to live. Welcome to my hometown.

我的家乡(My Hometown)

My hometown is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice. But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories,schools,hospitals,cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.

I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

我的家乡是个美丽的地方，它座落在一条宽宽的小河旁边，富产鱼和大米。 但是在过去它是个又穷又偏僻的小镇。很多人没有工作，生活很难过。

1949年解放以来，我的家乡发生了很大的变化。道路拓宽了，工厂、学校、医院、电影院和歌剧院一个接一个建成。人们生活质量大大地提高了。

我爱我的家乡，更爱家乡的人们。他们辛勤工作保持着它的富有、美丽。
